What these pages are

The pages present the company, the fronts of tool, service, consulting, and advisory, and the tools chatBOSS and Agenda Xtal.

Reading the site does not hire Bossfight and does not reserve a seat, a license, or a delivery date. Commercial terms, scope, and price, when they exist, live in a separate conversation or contract.

chatBOSS

The Enter chatBOSS link opens https://chat.bossfight.com.br/. That area is the product, with its own account rules.

Use of the account, including messages and settings, is not governed only by this institutional text. Questions about the account go to ajuda@bossfight.com.br.

Contact through the site

The form checks the text in the browser and opens your email program. Bossfight receives the message only if sending is finished in that program.

Do not use the form for a password, health data, or a patient document. That kind of information belongs in the contracted channel, not on this open page.

Property

The BOSSFIGHT brand, the institutional texts, and the organization of the pages belong to BOSSFIGHT LTDA, unless a credit says otherwise.

You can read the site and share the link. Copying the site to offer a similar service, or using the brand as if it were yours, is outside what these pages allow.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break in, overload it, scrape data in bulk, or send unlawful content.

Bossfight may restrict access that harms the service or other people.

Availability

The site may go offline for maintenance or because of a network, hosting, or third-party failure. These institutional pages do not promise continuous availability.

Outdated information can be corrected without prior notice. The version published at the address is the one that applies until the next change.

Responsibility

The texts describe the company's public position. Customer counts, targets, and deadlines that do not appear here are not part of this offer.

To the extent Brazilian law allows, Bossfight is not liable for a decision made only from an institutional page, nor for a brief outage of the site.

If you are a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, the rights the law does not allow anyone to waive remain in place.

Law and venue

These terms follow the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

When the law allows a venue to be chosen, the venue is the judicial district of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. If the relationship is a consumer relationship and the law reserves the venue of the consumer's domicile, that venue applies.

Changes

Bossfight may update these terms. The date at the top of the page marks the current version. Continuing to use the site after publication means you are reading the new version. A contract already signed separately does not change because of this page.
